Q: How can I view the status of my order?

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view your total calculated Shipping cost by viewing your cart.

Q: I don’t understand my Shipping cost.
A: The total in your cart shows all costs including shipping and handling. Please check out Shipping Costs for a full explanation.

Q: Where are your grading conditions?
A: Grading conditions are listed under the ‘Customer Service’ menu.

Q: Can you just scan the article for me?
A: Sorry, no. Between the time and copyright issues scanning articles is not feasible at this time.

Q: How big is the article/ what’s the photo?
A: We go through each magazine thoroughly at the time of listing. If a Celeb, model, movie, TV show, etc. is mentioned in the listing, then they are featured on at least one full page of the magazine.

Q: Is payment secure?
A: We do not see or store your card details on this site. Your payment will be processed securely through Paypal or Google Wallet.

Q: When was my item shipped?
A: There is a listed handling time of 3 days, but it rarely if ever takes that long. Usually items are mailed the next business day. Delivery confirmation is provided on all domestic packages and will show delivery progress.

Q: When will my item arrive?
A: Domestic First Class  4-10 days
Domestic Priority  2-5 days
International  7-10 days though with customs this can vary to 2-10 weeks
*Please remember tracking is only available on Domestic Priority packages*

Q: Do you buy magazines?
A: Yes we do! Please email your query and include:

• full list of issues
• general condition
• your location/zipcode
• asking price
• photos are a plus

Magazines must be complete and have no major damage like mold, stains, tears, etc. Mailing labels are ok, please don’t pull them off or black them out. If purchased we will take care of covering them.

Q: Do you ship to prisons?
A: Yes we do. But there are restrictions. Adult magazines, or magazines depicting violence or gangs are generally not allowed. Men’s magazines like Maxim may be rejected by the institution. The number of magazines allowed at one time is usually limited to a maximum of 3. We advise you to check with prison authorities or recipient before ordering. Once the order is shipped to the address provided by you, no refunds will be issued for returned / undeliverable / wrong delivered packages for any reason.
